Early December Construction Update

  • Floorboards and currently being installed in the apartments.
  • Front holding is now down
  • Most of the scaffold has also been removed
  • Construction should be complete in Q1 – 2017

October Update

October Building Update

  • The building works are progressing well with the main structure now up.
  • Whilst this is occurring the internal fitting out of the apartments has commenced with some of the apartment bathrooms being tiled and the cabinetry has commenced being installed into the living spaces.
  • The views from the apartments look wonderful.

June Update

The Crane is up and the structure is starting to take place.

The structure for Ground, Level 1 and Level 2 are now in place.

April Update

 

  • As with most buildings there is not much to see when constructing foundations.
  • The foundations are complete at the front of the site, and as you can see the builders are extracting the place for the stacker pit.
  • The building will start to take shape quite quickly from now – and we will post more regular updates about how the build is progressing.
  • The builders will commence the erection of the crane onto site today which will help keep the build on track and reduce the need for continual interruption that is caused by mobile cranes.
